Can I return my item?
If you are a consumer, you may notify us of your intention to return an item at any time up to 14 days after you receive it. You can do this either by email or via our EU Withdrawal Request page.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Provided the item is returned in the condition in which it was supplied, we will issue a refund of the purchase price together with the original standard delivery charge. If only part of an order is being returned, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and for ensuring that it reaches us safely. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
If the item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value.
Custom orders are excluded from this returns policy. For the purposes of this policy, a custom order is any product manufactured or modified to a specification requested by the customer that falls outside our standard published options.

What if I want to cancel my order?
Under UK and EU consumer legislation, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, please notify us by email or via our EU Withdrawal Request page.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a refund promptly.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure outlined above.
Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to custom-made or personalised products manufactured to your specific requirements.
