Refund policy

You can tell us of your intention to return an item any time up until 14 days after you have received it. You then have a further 30 days to return it to us in the condition you received it. We will then issue you a full refund for the item minus the initial postage. Unfortunately, we can't refund you for the return postage and you are responsible for the getting the item to us safely. If the item is returned to us in non-original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or, in the case of pedals that have damaged, charge a £50 restocking fee. 

Where you validly cancel an order under a statutory right of cancellation, we will refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method that we offered for delivery to you.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the difference above the standard delivery cost.

Please note that we can't accept returns on custom orders. This is defined as anything that you asked to have spec'd outside of our standard options.
