Refund policy

You can tell us of your intention to return an item any time up until 14 days after you have received it. You then have a further 30 days to return it to us in the condition you received it. We will then issue you a full refund for the item minus the initial postage. Unfortunately, we can't refund you for the return postage and you are responsible for the getting the item to us safely. If the item is returned to us in non-original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or, in the case of pedals that have damaged, charge a £50 restocking fee. The intial postage is not refundable in this instance.

Please note that we can't accept returns on custom orders. This is defined as anything that you asked to have spec'd outside of our standard options.
